It is rare for us to be in town and not hit Yuki Yama Sushi! I know... we thought so too... Sushi in Utah? It's the best we have had almost anywhere, flown in fresh from all over the world. Be sure and make a reservation if you decide to go to Yuki Yama Sushi in the heart of Main Street Park City. Catch the free bus and save on downtown parking so you can have an extra roll.
