Arrival Information
Parking - Unassigned parking is available for 1 car in the open lot. Permits are not required.
Door Lock - Before check-in you will receive instructions with a unique door code to unlock the door in an email. Please follow these instructions. If it is dark upon your arrival press the "Schlage" button the keypad will light up. The door does not lock automatically, you must lock it every time you leave. Press the "Schalge" button, PULL THE DOOR TOWARD YOU, and turn the deadbolt nob to the left. Check before you leave that the door is locked.
Rules -
No pets per HOA rules.
No smoking inside or on the outside balconies per HOA rules.
No loud music or noise that disturbs the quiet environment of residents. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 pm.
The plumbing -- do not flush anything but human waste and toilet paper.
No trash to be left outside at any time. Please take all trash to dumpster.
Vehicles should be moved every 24 hours to allow snow removal.
Heating Information- The gas fireplace in living room provides most of the heat. The thermostat is set at 60 degrees. To heat room, push "UP" button and press "HOLD" button to maintain heat selection. There are different types of daytime cycles on the thermostat. If someone leaves for the day and forgets to turn off the heat it will automatically reset to 60 degrees. Simply reset when needed.
There is an electric baseboard heater in the master bedroom to provide extra heat for that room. The control is located on the wall near the bathroom. Please turn it down when not needed.
To maintain heat please close the shutters and drapes. They do a good job insulating the windows.
if you open any windows please close them before you leave if it's winter.
Manuals for appliances - Are located in the cabinet next to the sink in the laundry room. Please return them.
Pool Towels - PLEASE WASH AND RETURN TO ORIGINAL STORAGE LOCATION!!! These are located in the cabinet next to the sink in the laundry room. You will be charged for any towels not returned. Please launder and return so they are available for the next guests.
Clubhouse Information
Winter Hours - Noon to 10pm Thanksgiving through April
Summer Hours - 10am - 9pm June through September
Clubhouse and pool facilities are open about 8 months a year. The clubhouse includes indoor/outdoor hot tubs, swimming pools (2 during summer), volleyball courts, tennis, picnic and grill areas.
There are COVID restrictions in force for use of hot tubs and swimming pools at the present time. Reservations for use of pool and outdoor hot tubs are required. To reserve please call the Clubhouse office 435-645-8300. Maximum time is 45 minutes and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Laundry Facilities
There is a washer and dryer inside Chalet Nuvu. For larger laundry loads the laundry facility is open year round adjacent to the clubhouse and accepts credit cards as a form of payment. Hours are 8am-10pm daily. The key attached to the CLUBHOUSE pass should provide access.
Pool Policies
Clubhouse pass must be presented and guests sign in upon entering the facility. See current COVID restrictions regarding (above).
All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult
No alcohol in pool area
No one under 6 years of age in hot tub area
No glass containers allowed in clubhouse or pool areas
No running or dangerous play. No jumping or climbing on waterfalls.
Proper swim attire should be worn
Children under 2 years shall wear swim diapers and rubber pants
No smoking
There is no lifeguard on duty
Check-Out Procedures
Checkout time is 10am
- Please clean all pots/pans used. Remove coffee grounds or pods from coffeemaker. If you used any of the cooking devices such as pressure cooker, crockpot, airfryer, instant kettle, or blender please clean it.
- Place dirty dishes, glasses cups in the dishwasher and run. Dishwasher can be tricky to start. Press the start button and it will say "close door". Close the door and it will run.
- Food and drinks (unopened) can be left, if desired. Please throw away any leftovers or partially eaten food.
- Gather all trash from rooms and kitchen. Place trash in dumpster in parking lot.
- Start a load of used towels in the washer to give housekeeping a head start.
- Leave clubhouse key in kitchen near the Turnkey Tablet.
- Close ALL open windows.
- Turn off all lights and fans.
- If any furniture was moved please replace to original location.
- WINTER: Turn thermostat to 60 and turn master wall heater OFF
- Check drawers and under beds for any items left behind.
